Four live online courses. Your people learn to use AI safely, automate the work that slows them down, govern the risk and put AI to work in Excel.
Early bird pricing
Book by 10 October. The AI Governance and Safety early bird runs to 20 October.
Every course runs as four live online sessions with an AAAI facilitator. Learners practise on their own work, so the skills go straight back to the job.
Start with Fundamentals of AI. Then go deeper into automation, governance or Excel.
Use AI safely, prompt well and build your first automation.

Every month you wait, the gap gets wider.
Your colleagues, your competitors and this year's graduates already use AI to do in minutes what takes you hours. Some of them are pasting company data into the free version of ChatGPT to do it. Both are problems. The first costs you ground. The second costs you trust.
Fundamentals of AI closes the gap, safely. In four live sessions, your people learn what AI can and cannot do, which data must never go into an AI tool, and how POPIA applies to daily use. They practise the CRAFT prompting framework on their own work, and they even get to build an AI automation. Every learner leaves with a quick-win checklist and AI workflows for their role.
The productivity gap is opening now, and it compounds.
Somewhere in your industry, a team the size of yours already clears its inbox with Copilot, runs approvals as automated flows and hands routine work to agents. They save hours every week, and you fall further behind every week.
In four live sessions, your people put Copilot to work across mail, meetings and documents. They rebuild one real process as a flow that runs itself. They build their first team agent, with a person approving what goes live. Every learner leaves with an automated workflow in production and the time saved measured.
Four live sessions turn hidden exposure into a governance system you can run.
Your people already use AI. You approved some of it, but not most of it. Company data is going into the free version of ChatGPT. Your contracts do not say who owns what the AI produces. When a regulator, a client or your board asks how AI is governed, you have no document to hand over. POPIA will not wait for you to catch up.
Who it is for
Directors, executives, AI officers, and risk, legal and compliance teams.
Session 1
The EU AI Act, POPIA Section 71 and the OECD principles. You classify your organisation's AI risk profile and draft your Acceptable Use Policy.
Session 2
Business risks from IP theft to bias and hallucinations. You run a NIST AI RMF assessment, map controls to ISO/IEC 42001 and assess your exposure to agentic AI.
Session 3
DPAs, NDAs and IP ownership as your first line of defence, plus bias detection, transparency and explainability.
Session 4
Board-level governance, employee education and behavioural controls. You leave with a compliance checklist and a change management plan.
If you live in spreadsheets, you need to use AI in Excel properly.
AI now writes formulas, cleans messy data and drafts the management summary. It allows you to interrogate data inside Excel.
In four live sessions, your people learn to create, explain and check formulas with AI. They clean messy dates, text and duplicates, then turn the analysis into a clear message for management. Above all, they learn to verify the output before anyone relies on it. Every learner takes a real dataset from raw file to a one-page summary.
